A beautifully rendered antique scrap likeness of President Washington is showcased with antique patriotic crepe paper “medallion” edged with Dresden trim. Gondola and Balloon are rimmed in 6 different deluxe Dresden paper trims and numerous vintage and antique red, blue, and gold fabric trims. Vintage gold wired bump-tinsel connects the gondola to the balloon. HANDMADE AND SIGNED BY GLENN GIAIMO.
