INTRODUCING OUR NEW ALL-COTTON FIGURES – BE ONE OF OUR FIRST CUSTOMERS TO OWN ONE!  
We have always been enthralled by the antique little cotton people and animals made in little German cottage industries to grace feather-trees in Europe, and later throughout America.  The whimsical personality and life-like 3-dimensions make these ornaments absolutely irresistible!  There is no end to the variety and creativity that Gail can put into these.  We use different types of all antique cotton to “spin” the legs and arms, and our best early cotton batting for the coats, hats, trims, and other details.

SPECIAL FEATURES
This all-cotton ornament has exquisite detailing; from the tiny little paper skates and buckrum-lined skirt, to the chenille and lace detailing of her bonnet.  Materials include:  antique cotton covered over vintage pipe-cleaner wire, antique scrap girl’s bust (we restored her face where there was a crease near her chin), antique cotton batting (skirt, muff, above bonnet), antique buckrum, antique silver paper (tiny skates),  antique fabric lace trim, antique chenille, early vintage Dresden paper trim.  Handmade and signed by Gail Giaimo.
