Brenda requested that we create a variety of Halloween ornaments to clip or hang on a branch that would be the right scale for her 30” black feather-tree this year. These little antique scrap rocketing owls are ready for blast-off on a circa 1940s Russian glass rocket when obsession for space exploration was popular. I added 4 little decorative wire fins (for more stability during flight), and a jet stream made with old-stock silver tinsel. Antique candle-clip tilts the dainty rocket at an upward angle! HANDMADE AND SIGNED BY GAIL GIAIMO.
