SPECIAL FEATURES

Dennis sent me a pair of fabulous very early Victorian antique scrap angels and asked me to make him a matching set of wreaths to be displayed in his windows. I dissembled an old Japan-made wreath and wrapped it with lovely vintage old-stock cotton chenille to match the subtle tones of the scrap. The stunning gold accents of our best antique Dresden paper trim combined with beautiful vintage silver beads and a garland of vintage glittered pastel flowers bring gilded-age magic. Transparent blue cellophane and sparkly stars harken to the long ago visitation of angels announcing the Birth of Jesus to lowly shepherds on Christmas Eve.
