Dennis supplied me with this head-and-shoulders girl in winter dress with a woolen scarf wrapped about her head and asked me to incorporate her into a full-sized ornament. I found antique Dennison crepe paper matching the color of her coat and fashioned a skirt and cloak, accenting it with antique paper doily border, beautiful antique metallic lace, and dusty blue crepe paper in exactly the color as her scarf, with my best delicate antique lace ruffle overlay. Look carefully at the face close-up and you will see that I crocheted matching colored chenille to interweave with her scarf. Lovingly handcrafted and signed by Gail Giaimo.
