Ruth wanted us to create a smaller version of our beautiful 1870s die-cut snow children. We produced a very high-quality reproduction of this bust of a snow boy with Christmas wreath (at 50% of his original size), and gave him a vintage cotton skirt decorated with an assortment of vintage and antique findings including: Dresden paper “buttons” that sparkle with tiny red rhinestones, a string of the tiniest mercury glass beads (from a Victorian garment), more cotton batting “fur” lining coat and sleeves, and tinsel star halo to frame the boy’s handsome face. Vintage and antique glass glitter and mica flakes make this ornament sparkle under the tree lights!
