Susan asked us to make some ornaments for her angel-themed Christmas tree. She loved the idea of having a clip-on ornament to fill in the gaps between branches.  This circa 1890s scrap angel was backed to old-stock curly spun glass. We selected a pretty vintage double-sphere ornament (see back) because we loved the way the soft tones of light blue-green, and frosty white played with the colors in the cherub. As seen in close-up photo, bottom of ornament is decorated with rare antique lace rose decorations and Dresden paper stars with lavender and aqua rhinestone centers.
