SPECIAL FEATURES

Susan fell in love with the detailed carousel ornaments we have made in the past and requested that we make one for her. Gail selected a fun vintage cone ornament with a spindle bottom with three indents perfect for our antique scrap clown heads (for the circus-style motif); and fancy antique and vintage trimmings to include Dresden paper borders, fabric cording, and a variety of sparkling rhinestones. 5 antique scrap animals were selected for their size and position to create the carousel – rabbit, horse, tiger, leopard, and zebra. Tiny red saddles with gold loop trim were added and Gail attached each animal to little antique mercury glass rods decorated with antique papers and antique glass beads.
