SPECIAL FEATURES

Beautifully rendered antique die-cuts of three Victorian girls ice-skating over slippery newly fallen snow inspired me to select an ornament that would look like a wintery frozen fountain. I used a vintage glass spinning top ornament, antique Dresden paper Greek key border, created a miniature garland (made with tiny tinsel garland, pearls and silk cording), and dusted all with chenille covered with vintage mica flakes and the finest of clear glass glitter.
