These beautiful vintage bead garlands are hand-strung in 9 foot lengths; These look awesome on any tree, but especially if you love the Americana theme! They are very showy on white or Ivory feather trees with other red-white-and blue and commemorative ornaments. I created a repeating pattern with fancy oblong silver beads with embossed blue star pattern intermixed with larger blue beads and red beads, that are separated by smaller rows of silver beads.

Bead strings are carefully cushioned in soft tissue on all sides to avoid breakage and are packaged in our signature Dresden Star Ornaments gold boxes. Handy care and handling tips sheet is included in each box. We recommend that you store these garlands between tissue in their original box when not in use.

JUST IMAGINE, THESE GARLANDS ARE 50-70 YEARS OLD!!!  Please note that missing paint, discoloration due to age, and rough edges will be present on these garlands and is a normal part of the character of older vintage items. I have been careful not to use any broken or cracked beads. I have taken good pictures so you can examine the condition before you buy. Additional note: We prefer not to use "mercury glass"  in our descriptions or titles because it was actually a silver nitrate solution, not real mercury, that was applied inside the glass beads during these time periods to give a metallic appearance to the colors.
